CANCELLATION
The cancellation is only valid in written form.
Your reservation can be cancelled:
:: free of charge up to 2 weeks before your arrival date. The advance payment can be taken for the next stay (within 6 months)
:: 30% of the booked hotel arrangement for cancellations received between two weeks and 4 days befor the intended start of your holiday.
:: In case of short-term cancellations, delayed arrivals and premature we charge 100% of the booked hotel arrangement.
:: We do not provide refunds for any meals that have not been consumed.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In addition to the payment of the deposit for a confirmed reservation you have the option to choose the advantageous cancellation fee insurance to avoid being charged for late or non-arrival or early departure due to illness or other valid reasons. We recommend
:: the cancellation fee insurance of EUR 3.00 per person per day (to be paid directly through us).
The insured events:
1.case of death
2.badly accident lesion
3.abrupte and badly affection
4.Illness, which impedes your holiday (with medical certification)
