Mediterranea

This Prestige room of 30m² has a dark and elegant ground floor which continues with the same wood and merges into the bed, the two bedside tables and into the writing desk. It seems that the equipment jumps out of the walls, like an optical illusion. The back-wall of the bad is an immense panel of dark iron. The artist Ulrich Egger created real sculptures by integrating the TV screen, that indispensable and yet impersonal set piece of hotel rooms everywhere as a connective element between the exterior and the interior, between relaxation and communication. Next to the television screen is a photo of a cramped beach, to evidence the calm of the city Merano. In the corner near the window is a red chair, a red chandelier and a red picture. The highlight of this special room is the freestanding bathtub which is detachable by a translucent glass door of the room. The bathroom with shower is separate. From the balcony in the 2nd floor you enjoy an breathtaking view to the world famous Kurhaus of Merano
