Terms and conditions

In order to guarantee your reservation at Boutique & Design Hotel ImperialArt, we ask you for a valid credit card.

We reserve us the right to request a deposit of 30% of the total price of the booked arrangement by bank transfer or by credit card for longer stays. You will receive all the details in your written confirmation after your reservation.

The city of Merano requests the payment of a visitor’s tax of EUR 3,40 per person and day (Except for children under the age of 14) to pay on place.

if you should cancel your holiday at the Hotel ImperialArt, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • In case of cancellation less than 7 days before your booked arrival date, non-appearance, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked arrangement fee.

 

Stays over the winefestival, christmas and new years: cancellation up to 14 days before arrival free of charge, afterwards we charge 100% of the booked arrangement fee.

To be on the safe side, we recommend to book our travel cancellation insurance:

  •     3.50 euro per person / day for the Galaxy, Elegance and Prestige artrooms
  •     4.50 euro per person / day for the artrooms with jacuzzi and for the Dimitri suite

Please let us know if you would like to book this with your reservation. The travel cancellation insurance can only be paid in connection with a deposit payment in advance.
